Enola Management is Hiring a Property Maintenance Technician Near Bridgeville, PA
Job Requirements:
- Must have your own Truck or a Van, that can haul 4X8 sheet material.
- Must have your own tools.
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Job Duties:
- Prepare vacant apartments for new renters.
- Skilled in Flooring, Roofing, & painting.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Conduct general upkeep procedures outside like landscaping, snow removal, and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.)
